Can non-members have their party at Tri-County?
Birthday parties at Tri-County are for everyone! Members receive a $10.00 discount.
What ages do you hold parties for?
Parties are open to all ages; we don't have any have any age maximums or minimums. For kids under four years, however, we recommend that parents stay in the gym and help their children as needed.
Why do I need to use Tri-County's invitations?
Our invitations must be used because each child that participates MUST have the waiver on the invitation signed by his or her parent or legal guardian BEFORE proceeding onto the gym floor.
What times and days are available for birthday parties?
Monday - Friday parties may be scheduled at various times depending on the class schedule; call the gym to find out if your date and time is available. Saturday parties may be scheduled at 1:00 pm, 3:00 pm, 5:00 pm (and 7:00 pm for lock-in parties). Sunday parties may be scheduled at 1:00 pm, or 3:00 pm.
Will there be other activities going on in the gym at the same time as my party?
You will typically have the gym all to yourselves for the majority of the party. No open gyms or special events will coincide with it. Please keep in mind that another party could be on the gym floor while you're in the party area and vice versa. There may also be a private lesson taking place. While these occurrences are rare, they are manageable and will not take away from the quality of your party.
How do I go about scheduling my party?
Call the gym at 499-1536 and we can check the dates in our calendar for you. We will pencil your name in and finalize it after we receive a $25 deposit from you. The remainder can be paid on the day of your party. After we receive your deposit, we will present you with the invitations.
